Not included are international flights from your home to Cairo and back from Amman, incidentals (such as laundry, phone calls, internet access, etc.), passports, alcoholic beverages and travel insurance (highly recommended), medical evacuation insurance if your travel insurance does not include this (most policies do).

Some notes about cost (see pricing below):

We travel with small groups, usually 6 to 10 clients. Others, even top line companies, have groups of 18 to 36 or more people. Group size has the largest impact on trip cost. We offer two price points depending on group size.

We take care of all the tipping during the trip. You don't have to worry about when, whom or how much to tip (except if someone does a service just for you, such as bringing your laundry to your room).

We personally lead each trip, so you can count on us to take care of the daily details and solve any problems that may arise.

The cost of this trip to Egypt and Jordan is:
10 travelers, not including Don and Gail : $11,885/person
8 travelers, not including Don and Gail: $12,385/person
Single supplement: $2,224

To hold your reservations, we will need a $2500 deposit per person, made out to eGlobalEducation, and mailed to 11855 E. Daley Cir., Parker, CO 80134. We will need your deposit and reservation (see link at top of this page) right away in order to confirm your participation as this trip is already nearly full and we must hold our hotels and cruise cabins now.

Final payment will be due December 20, 2019.

Policies

Itinerary changes:

Please note that we may change the itinerary based on changes in airline schedules, natural disaster, or other circumstances requiring such changes.

Refund Policy

For cancellations received before December 20, 2019, we will refund your deposit less a $500 administrative fee charged by our travel agency. After December 20, 2019, we cannot refund any of our money (which is why we strongly encourage you to buy travel insurance) unless we can resell your reservations. In that case, we will charge a $1000 administrative fee.

We strongly recommend that you buy trip cancellation and interruption insurance and, if the insurance doesn't include it (most policies do), medical evacuation insurance. If you do not have a preferred insurance company, you can read and compare policy details and costs on www.insuremytrip.com. We have found this site to be very useful, with good customer service.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if we do not have at least 8 people, including the 2 of us, or if circumstances beyond our control (i.e., war, quarantine, etc.) require it. In the case of cancellation by us, we will refund your entire payment. Please note the policy above in the "refund" section regarding cancellation by you.
